The National Farmers' Federation (NFF) National Congress boasts an outstanding Social Program offering unique formal and informal networking opportunities.

Attracting key decision-makers from across diverse spheres of federal politics, government departments and agencies, national and international science, and Australia's renowned farming sector.

The NFF National Congress is an exciting time for us to discuss the issues, share vital information and unite in considering the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for Australia agriculture.

All three elements of the Social Program are included in the full registration fees for the National Congress.

Welcome Reception

Dress: Smart Casual

While the official 2010 Congress Program runs from 6-7 September, on Sunday evening (5 September) the NFF hosts a Welcome Reception for delegates, sponsors and exhibitors.

This function is an opportunity for delegates to catch up and network before Monday’s formalities begin.

Cocktail Reception


The 2009 Cocktail Reception brought delegates, sponsors and exhibitors together.

Immediately ahead of the gala Congress Dinner and 2010 Innovation in Agriculture Awards, the NFF hosts a Cocktail Reception to allow delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and invited guests to mingle.

Over 300 guests celebrated the 1st gala Congress Dinner and 2009 Innovation in Agriculture Awards.

The gala Congress Dinner and 2010 Innovation in Agriculture Awards showcases the best of modern farming across three categories of:
