A block booking of accommodation - at specially discounted rates - has been made at The Grand Hyatt (the venue for the 2010 National Congress), as well as at the Mantra on the Park and The Crossley Hotel - both nearby.

The Grand Hyatt

The Grand Hyatt provides delegates with comfortable accommodation choices. Guest rooms include custom beds and Egyptian cotton linens, luxurious Italian marble bathrooms with full size bath and walk-in shower, high-speed wireless internet access, fully stocked mini-bar, ironing board, oversized work desk, robes, hairdryer, climate-control air-conditioning, and personal in-room safes.

Recreational facilities include the fully equipped City Club Health and Fitness Centre, indoor heated swimming pool and spa, steam room, sauna, open-air tennis courts, golf practice nets, and the Sanctuary health and beauty spa.

For any rooms cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equal to the one night's accommodation rate per room may be charged to the delegate.

For any rooms cancelled between 30 and 1 day/s prior to arrival, or where a delegate does not arrive on the date booked, a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation booking may be charged to the delegate. Cancellation fees will be at the discretion of the hotel.

General Information

To take advantage of these special offers you must indicate your accommodation requirements when registering for the Congress and ONLY book accommodation through the Professional Congress Organisers: Consec - Conference Management.

Do not contact hotels directly to make accommodation bookings as the special rates ONLY apply to bookings through us. All prices quoted below are in Australian dollars and include GST.

In order to secure your room, please provide credit card details, which will be forwarded to the hotel directly to secure your accommodation room. (Please tick the appropriate box on the secure Registration Form to authorise the forwarding of your credit card details to the hotel).

Full payment of your hotel account will be required at the time of departure.
